Norden Press sells digital downloads — printable party kits, games and paper goods. Norden Press is a brand of CodeSierra Tech Private Limited, Pune, India. This page explains what information we collect on nordenpress.com and how we use it.
What we collect
We collect only what running the store requires: order details (name, email address, purchased items) passed to us by our checkout providers when you buy; your email address if you opt in to receive a free download or updates; and standard analytics data (pages visited, referral source, campaign tags, approximate location, device type) collected through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it
We use this information to deliver the files you bought, answer support requests, send emails you asked for, and measure which pages and campaigns work. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Checkout and third-party services
Purchases are processed by Payhip and PayPal on their own sites under their own privacy policies — we never see or store your card details. We use Pinterest advertising tools, which may set a tag on our pages to measure ad performance, and Hostinger to host this website. Each provider processes data under its own policy.
Cookies
Cookies are used for basic site function and analytics, including measuring visits that arrive from Pinterest. You can block cookies in your browser; the site still works.
Retention
Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Email subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe — every email includes an unsubscribe link.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email nordenpress@codesierra.tech and we respond within 30 days.
Children
Our products are designed for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is posted on this page with an updated effective date.
